Terms and Conditions for Application Submission
By submitting an application through this form, you (the "Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Binding Submission
The submission of an application and the payment of the associated processing fee do not constitute an agreement or contract for an exhibition or any other form of representation by TOM REICHSTEIN contemporary ("the Gallery"). The Gallery is under no obligation to accept, review, or respond to any application submitted. -
No Guarantee of Exhibition
The Gallery does not guarantee, promise, or otherwise assure that any application will result in an exhibition, representation, or any other form of collaboration with the Gallery. The decision to engage with any artist remains solely at the discretion of the Gallery. -
Non-Refundable Fee
The processing fee paid by the Applicant is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the application, regardless of the outcome. -
No Obligation to Respond
The Gallery is not obligated to provide feedback, comments, or responses to any application submitted. The Applicant acknowledges that the Gallery may decide, at its sole discretion, not to respond to any submission. -
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this application, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Applicant further acknowledges that no contractual relationship or obligation has been formed between the Applicant and the Gallery as a result of this submission.
